摘要
本文通过正交试验,利用SC-132定硫仪的红外吸收原理,测定高硫煤中硫的挥发规律,选用含CaO量较大的脱硫剂与高硫煤混合燃烧,使煤中硫在挥发过程中与脱硫剂中的CaO结合较稳定的CaSO4固定在煤的灰渣中,并使低温分解的脱硫剂捕捉有机硫,使中、高温分解的脱硫剂捕捉硫铁矿物硫,可达80%的脱硫率。配合反烧法充分利用煤的灰渣对SO2挥发的阻挡及吸附作用,可使脱硫率进一步提高至93%。
The volatilization of sulphur in the high sulphur coal has been determinedwith SC-132 Sulphur Determiner through a series of test. High sulphur coal mixed withdesulphurizer such as limestone, calcium hydroxide, wollastonite which has high CaO content has combusted. Sulphur in the volatilization combine the nascent state CaO came fromdesulphurizers to form calcium sulphate, which would stay in the ash of the coal. Thedesulphurizer decomposed in lower temperature catch out organic stlphur, the desul phurizer decomposec in higher temperature catch out the sulphur in pyrite. Two or more desulphurizeresmixed could get high desulphuration effectiveness up to 80%. In addition toabove results,the ash of the coal on the combusting coal surface could increase the effectiveness to 93 % by the means of absorption and hinderance of the ash to SO2.
