摘要
借助ＪＣＸＡ－７３３型电子探针仪对浮法玻璃表面呈现的光畸变点缺陷进行了研究。根据研究结果解决了南宁浮法玻璃厂的质量问题。研究表明：电子探针法是鉴别光畸变点缺陷的一种快速而准确的方法。
The spot distortion flaw on the surface of the float glass has been studied,Using the JCXA-733-type electron microprobe.According to the research results,the qualiTative problem of Nanning float glass manufactory has been solved.The results shows:the electron microprobe is a rapid and accurate method of discriminating the spot distortionFlaw.
