摘要
本文运用化学分析、岩相分析等方法研究了不同煅烧方式所生产的硅酸盐水泥熟料中阿里特的热稳定性。测定了固溶不同外加剂的阿里特的最佳分解温度。结果表明:掺加复合矿化剂的立窑熟料及低f-CaO的窑外分解窑熟料中阿里特的热稳定性较好。CaF2,MgO,CaF2+MgO,CaF2+SO3,CaF2+MgO+SO3均具有极好的抑制阿里特分解的作用。单掺SO3则促进阿里特的分解,大大降低阿里特的热稳定性。
In this paper,the thermal stability of ante in cement clinker was studiedby means of chemical analysis and the optical microscopy. The decomposition temperatureof ante with different additives was measured. The results show that the thermal stabilityof the ante of shaft -kiln clinder with CaF2+SO3 and the Rspkiln clinder are better. The additives CaF2, CaF2+SO3, CaF2+MgO and CaF2 +MgO +SO3 and all reduce the decomposition rate of ante,but additive SO3 accelerater it.
