缺血心肌的血管新生——从分子基础到临床应用

摘要 缺血性心脏病严重危害着人类健康。而治疗性血管新生为这类疾病的攻克带来了新的希望，因此越来越受到人们关注，成为研究的热点之一。本文由其分子基础，谈到临床应用，综述了血管生成的过程与机制，促进血管新生的主要因子，以及治疗性血管新生的理论基础与主要策略，进而结合有关研究成果，对治疗性血管新生临床应用中面临的问题和前景等方面略作探讨。
