摘要
本文结合章江水轮泵站在技术改造中采用的分离式水轮泵──水力发电机组,由水轮泵能量转换原理,提出了确保水轮机和京联合运行总效率最高的选型设计方法,同时研究了水轮泵有关运行理论问题,提出了推求水轮泵工作特性曲线的数学模型及数值计算方法.
The wtacr-turbine pump is a kind of fluid machinery in which the water turbine is used as motive power to set the pump in motion for pumping water. In the whole process of pumping water,the water-turbine pump is used to develop hydraulic energy resources.Since its operarting point is the coordination of operating point of turbine and pump in energy transformation, the conditions of type selection and operation arc complex. Up to now,the theories concerned nced to be further studied,cspeially at the water-turbinc stations where water leveLs vary greatly.The change of water head brings about the change of operating charactcristies,such as inflow water,rotational speed and the change of operating characteristics of pumps.Thereforc,the operating point can not be determined by a regular diagram. From the practice of placing water turbine,pump and genetator three in one in technological transformation at Zhang Jinng Rivcr Water-turbine Pump Station,the authors have Inade a survey of the optimal type selection and operating performance of water-turbine pumps and established the mathcmatic type and calculation method for dctermining the operatins characrcristic curve of water-turbine pumps.
