摘要
人力资源的开发和利用是增强一个地区竞争力的关键因素之一,结合相关的人力资源开发理论,在对山东省人力资源现状和问题分析的基础上,从可持续发展的角度,提出可供借鉴的人力资源开发对策和建议。
The development and utilization of human resources is a very key element of enhancing the regional competition. From the perspective of sustainable development while combining the relative theories of human resources,the paper brings forward the reference strategies and advice about the human resources' development on the base of the analysis of status quo and problems of human resources of Shan Dong.
