100m^3/h三相流化床烟气脱硫冷态模拟试验研究

摘要 探讨将我国燃煤电厂采用文丘里-水膜式除尘器系统,改造为文丘里-三相流化床吸收塔进行烟气同时脱硫、除尘的系统.冷模试验结果表明系统阻力能够达到约1000Pa水平,同时脱硫效率可达50%~85%. An invcstigntion is made for the possibilty of changing the vcnturi-water film dust collectorsystem used in some coal-fired plants in our country into a system of vcnturi-three-phase fluidized bedscrubber in which dust and SO2 in the flue gas would be removed simutaneously. The results of thecold simulation test show that the system resistance may be limited in 1 000 Pa or so and the SO2removal efficiency is 50 to 85 percent.
