摘要
提出了南水北调工程规划调度决策的自优化模拟模型及其求解技术、大系统多层次分解协调模型和方法以及多维确定型动态规划与多维随机型动态规划模型与方法;给出了应用模型所确定的南水北调东线一期工程和中线工程的调水规模(包括可凋水量、供水范围、蓄水设施布局、梯级泵站级配和输水总干渠设计流量等)与工程调度规则等.
The self-optimizing simulation models and their solving measures are put forward for planning, regulating and decision-making of the south-to-north water transfers. The large-scale system models and methods of decompsoition and coordination as well as the multi-dimensional determined/stochastic dynamic planning models and methods are also presented. The water transfer scale determined by the lst stage engineering of east line and the engineering of intermediate line are given, which include the probably regulation water,the range of water supply, the layout of water storage facilities, the fit quality of kascade pump line and the designed discharge of main conveyance canal. Finally, the results of timespace distribution of reasonably regulating the water resources quantity along the whole engineering line are also given.
