摘要
提出了一种将动态规划与线性规划相结合的两阶段法,对运输系统规划同题进行求解,使单流向水运系统运输规划同题大大简化,使用小型或个人计算机就能解决复杂的问题。
This paper brings forth a new two-step method model,which integrates linear programming with dynamic programming,to solve the problem of transportation system planning. This method can simplify the problem and makes it possible to sovle complex problems by using a minicomputer or even a personal computer.
