根据丙烷原料特点,采用吸附、催化加氢和精馏相结合的方法,研制出纯度≥99 995%的高纯丙烷,满足了微电子工业对高纯丙烷的质量要求。
According to the characteristic of propane material ,the high purity propane (≥99.995%)is produced by new purifying method integrated with adsorption ,catalysis and distillation , which can satisfy the needs of micro-electronic industry.
