摘要 以可控串补(TCSC)与静止无功补偿器(SVC)两种FACTS装置为研究对象,通过理论分析 指出了TCSC与SVC联合运行时不同控制目标间的矛盾,并通过一多机系统时域仿真实例,介绍 了TCSC与SVC控制器之间存在的交互影响。仿真表明:单独设计且运行良好的SVC与TCSC 控制器,并不能保证两者同时投运工况下控制器的性能。将FACTS功能控制器的协调问题转化 为一多目标优化问题,采用多目标进化算法(MOEA)优化控制器参数,得到一组Pareto优化解集, 时域仿真验证了协调控制器的控制效果良好。 The coordinated operation problem of thyristor controlled series compensator (TCSC) and static VAR compensator (SVC) is investigated by mechanism analysis and time-domain simulation. In a two-area and four-machine power system, an example presented in the paper demonstrates that due to the interaction, the separately designed and individually implemented FACTS controllers may result in poor control performance when they are in joint operation. Finally, a multi-objective evolutionary algorithm (MOEA) based approach is developed to solve the coordination design problem of multiple FACTS controllers by optimizing FACTS controller parameters. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed coordinated controllers.
