介绍了纺棉涤包芯纱的生产技术难点。棉涤包芯纱是在改造后FL6型粗纱机上完成包覆,在细纱工序完成纺纱,其生产技术难点是必须保证成纱包覆良好,不允许涤纶纤维露出成纱表面。因此,粗纱、细纱及络筒的操作与传统纺纱有很大不同。

Cotton polyester core spun yarn is covering in reformed FL 6 roving machine and spinning in spinning process, the technology key point is assuring better yarn covering and not allowing polyester fiber exceeding yarn surface.
