Using Experiences of Spinning Top Roller in Polyurethane Corn spun Yarn Production

对氨纶包芯纱纺纱生产中细纱胶辊耐磨性差、使用寿命短的原因进行了分析,介绍了氨纶包芯纱用细纱胶辊硬度及表面处理的选择以及胶辊的使用保养方法。对TPE胶辊进行了纺纱试验,结果表明,TPE胶辊耐磨性好,使用寿命长,适用于纺制氨纶包芯纱品种。

Reasons in bad abrasion resistance and short service life of spinning top roller in polyurethane corn-spun spinning production are analyzed. Top roller hardness & surface treatment choosing in spinning polyurethane corn-spun yarn and maintenance method of top roller are introduced. Spinning test of TPE top roller is done, the test shows that TPE top roller has good abrasion resistance, long service life and it is suitable for spinning polyurethane corn-spun yarn. \ \
