Separation of magnolol from magnolia officinalis by reversed-phase preparative high performance liquid chromatography

利用反相高效液相色谱法(RP HPLC)分离厚朴中的和厚朴酚与厚朴酚,并提取了厚朴酚.提取出的厚朴酚经质谱、核磁共振氢谱鉴定,与标准品一致.结果表明,该制备方法具有简便、快速、准确的特点.

Magnolol was isolated from the magnolia officinalis by reversed-phase preparative high performance liquid chromatographic preparation. The purity of the product was over 90%. The chemical structure of magnolol was identified by MS and ()~1H NMR.
