摘要
采用恒容反复纳滤法对水溶性C.I.AcidYellow17进行纯化。为了表示纳滤分离物的组成,对纳滤后的染料再进行溶剂提纯和柱色谱提纯得到纯染料。通过紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱,结合电导率和吸光度测定分析,结果表明纳滤处理使染料中54.1%的物质被分离,其中染料损失8.3%。以杂质总量计,染料中间体占14.7%,无机盐占31.1%。实验表明初期脱除无机盐较多,随着纳滤过程的进行后期趋缓,而染料损失与淡水出水量基本为直线关系。
A soluble dye, C.I. Acid Yellow 17, was purified by a repeatable nanofiltration process in a constant volume of the dye solution. In the process, electric conductivity and absorbancy were determined for the permeat solution. In order to determine the composition of dye solution separated, the nanofilted solution was further purified by solvent extraction and column chromatograph. The samples in each purifying step were analyzed by means of ultraviolet and infrared spectroscope. As a result, 54.1% of product were separated from the dye. The dye loss accounted for 8.3%. The impurity removed included 14.7% dye intermediate and 31.1% inorganic salts. The investigation shows that desalination was rapid in the initial stage of nanofiltration, then slowed down with the process going on, while the dye loss is proportional to the volume of effluent water.
