摘要
为了通过Internet网实现自动化加工设备的远程控制,提出了一种远程控制系统模型,并对它的工作原理及实现关键技术作了详细的论述。针对网络信息传输的不确定延时,采用缓冲器技术设计了时延补偿器,改善了系统的控制性能。从身份认证、超时自我保护、用户冲突等3方面论述了系统的安全策略机制。并且选择TCP协议及ActiveX技术来实现系统软件。最后提供了系统的应用实例和结论。实际测试表明,系统的设计方案合理,方法可行。
In order to implement teleoperation of automation industry equipments based on Web, a teleoperation system model is put forward. The operation principle and implementation technology of system are discussed. Better performance of system results from delay compensator, which is designed by buffer technology in view of uncertain transmission time delay. Safety strategy is discussed from three views of authentication of user's identity, time-out self-protect, conflict between users. TCP protocol and ActiveX technology are adopted to implement the software of system. Finally, a running example of the system is presented. Practical test shows that the design is reasonable and realizable.
