摘要 通过对吹风气余热回收锅炉的设备认识及锅炉运行中难点问题的分析、解决,总结出锅炉运行时应注意的事项及优化调整的方法:造气炉交替进行吹风和制气,保持吹风气锅炉炉膛负压在30Pa^50Pa,稳定锅炉烟气流速在8m/s^10m/s等。调整后提高了造气炉的产气量和吹风气余热回收锅炉运行的经济效益。 Based on the structure analysis of the blower gas waste heat boiler, and the analysis and resolution of the difficulties occurred during its operation, key points calling for attention and adjustment for optimizing the operation have been suggested. Blowing and gas production within the gasifier were carried out in turns. The negative pressure in the hearth of the blower boiler was between 30Pa and 50Pa and the flow rate of the flue gas was 8m/s^10m/s. The benefit of this improvement is obvious.
