On Social Defensive Countermeasure to Crime of Cities and Towns' Floating Population

城镇流动人口在促进我国城镇化的同时,也带来了一系列的社会治安问题,使城镇中的违法犯罪 现象激增。但是,任何违法犯罪行为的发生,都有其一定的社会、政治、经济、文化原因,对城镇流动人口违法犯 罪的治理不能仅仅立足于"打",而更应立足于社会的综合防控,要针对城镇流动人口违法犯罪的特点,从宏观 和微观两个方面着手进行综合治理。

Cities and towns' floating population promote the civilization, meanwhile, they bring out some problems of public security and make the crime accelerate in the city. However, any crime is based on some reasons of social politics, economy and civilization. If we want to bring the crime of cities and towns'floating population under control, we need not only 'hit', but also social comprehensive defense. This kind of countermeasure asks us to harness from macroscopic and microcosmic according to the features of floating population's crime.
