摘要
教育救国思潮旨在藉教育以自强求富、挽救国运,其形成和发展经历了萌生、明晰、高涨、消退四个阶 段。这一思潮的发展脉络和近代中国救亡图存的主题相一致,又终因其改良性质和革命潮流相扞格而消退。
The intention of saving the nation by education is to make the nation strong and rich, and change its fortune. Its forming and development come through these four phases: germination, definition, upswing and fadeaway. This thoughts was consistent with the theme of saving the nation from subjugation and ensuring its survival in modern times. Howerer, it vanished finally because of the disaccord with the mainstream of saving the nation by revolution.
