摘要
社会的发展给竞技体育赋予了广阔的发展空间,如竞技体育的职业化、商业化等。文章所谈的人才主要针对初、中级竞技体育人才的培养与发展,以求为这一级竞技体育工作者提供一点有益的参考,为竞技体育人才的培养提供一点帮助。
The develepment of society has brought a vast space for athletic PE including the specialization, the commercialization, etc. of athletic PE.This article mainly focuses on the training and development of those athletic talents of primary and middle level, aiming at offering some constructive suggestions to the athletic PE teachers of this level.
