山西省五年制师范学校体育现状调查研究

An Investigation into the Present PE Situation of 5-year System Normal School in Shanxi Province

在我国沿袭已久的三级制(中专、专科、本科)师范教育体系,特别是以培养小学教师为主的中等师范教育,已跟不上当前社会对小学师资所提出的要求。为适应时代发展的要求,我国的师范教育体系由三级制转向二级制,进而向“新三级”(专科生、本科生、研究生三个层次 )过渡,中等师范学校由三年制转为五年制。学制的改变,造成了在校学生人数的增多,学生人均占有体育场地相对减少,体育师资与体育场馆建设不能紧跟时代步伐,体育教学大纲、体育教材缺乏系统的内在一致性与连贯性,一些学校部分年级的体育课甚至不能正常开展,学校体育科研滞后等诸多制约学校体育发展的新情况,这一切都对目前的五年制师范学校体育提出新的挑战。

At the gate of the new century, a great revolution is happening throughout the educational fields.To meet the new requirements of the new era, something must be done in the fields of normal school's education.The change of educational system from 3-year-system to 5-year-system caused lots of urgent problems such as the increasing number of students, the comparatively decreased land area of school, the supply of teachers and the construction of playground can not keep the pace of the changing era ,the lackness of consistency between the PE outlines and materials, even worse was that, the PE course of some grades in some schools can not be normally carried out, which restraint the schools' development. All of these was a big challenge to the PE course of the normal schools.
