大学女生四人与六人软式排球比赛教学效果的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要  采用问卷调查法、实验法等,对大学女生四人制与六人制软式排球比赛教学的效果进行比较研究,认为四人制软式排球比赛教学比六人制软式排球比赛教学有更好的教学效果,即: (1)能更有效地激发大学女生的学习兴趣和养成课外体育锻炼习惯; (2)能更有效地促进大学女生较全面地掌握与领会软式排球运动的基本技战术和比赛规则; (3)具有更好的身心健康教育功能。 Through experimentat, questionnaire, experimental study was carried out on the comparison of Four People's and Six People's Soft Volleyball. The result shows the Four People's Soft Volleyball has better teaching effect than the Six's, (1)It is an effective way to stimulate to college students enjoy it and like to take exercise after school .(2)It is an effective way to accelerate students control and understand the tactics and rules of Soft Volleyball; (3)It is a good way to improve the physical and psychological health of students.
