摘要
自 2 0世纪 80年代的个人电脑革命和 90年代的互联网革命及其普及应用 ,计算机网络使得信息化所包含的信息收集、传递与共享具备了实现的技术条件。信息技术近十几年来的飞速发展和广泛应用 ,其重要意义和对人类的深远影响举世公认。我国建筑业长期以来是一个劳动密集、粗放经营的行业。随着我国对WTO (世界贸易组织 )开放建筑市场承诺期限的日益临近 ,提高建筑企业竞争力的问题在当前显得尤为突出。而提高我国建筑企业竞争力的关键 ,在于充分利用包括信息技术在内的高新技术改造产传统的建筑行业 ,增强企业的管理能力和技术手段 。
Since the revolution and wide spread application of the personal computer in the 1980s and the Internet in the 1990s, computer networking has made IT applications feasible,which includes information gathering, information delivering and information sharing. With the rapid progress and extensive application of information technology in last decade, its significance and profound effect are well known. The building industry has been a labor-intensive and non-compact management industry for a long time. With the fast approaching of the day for China to open the building industry to WTO (World Trade Organization) members,how to enhance the competitiveness of our building enterprises has become more prominent than ever.The key lies in thaking full advantage of up-to-date technology such as information technology to reform the traditional building industry, increasing the management ability and technological means of enterprises, realizing a leap-forward progress.
