The Study on Action Principle of Environmental Protection Investment on National Economy and the Contribution Models

在界定环保投资概念及范围的基础上,根据环保投资作用于经济的原理,借鉴环境经济投入产出的基本思想,构建了环保投资对经济贡献的投入产出模型,主要包括污染治理设施投资对经济的影响模型和污染治理设施运行成本对经济的影响模型,并对该模型进行了实证模拟分析。

Based on the conception and scope of the environmental protection investment, and according to the action principle of environment protection investment on the economy and by drawing lessons from the idea of input-output model, the authors established input-output models for the contribution of environment protection investment to the economy, mainly including the model of pollution-control facilities investment on the economy and that of pollution-control facilities operational cost on the economy. Demonstration analysis on the models was also performed.
