林权制度改革激活了福建林业

Reform of Forest Property Activates Fujian Forestry

福建省决定用3年时间基本完成林权制度改革工作。目前已过去1年多时间，全省应明晰产权的村已完成87．7％，应明晰产权的面积已完成89．5％。文章回答了福建省为什么要进行林权制度改革、改什么、怎么改、改后效果，如何、下一步怎么办等问题。

Since Fujian decided to basically finish the reform of forest property system in 5 year, up to now over one year passed, 87.7% of the trees in the province has been delimitated the property rights, covering 85.9% of the total area under the reform. This paper provides the answers to several relating problems such as why to carry out such reform, who is the object, how to do it, what the result will be and what to do next, etc.
