摘要
以单位网格为对象，对黑龙江省拜泉县农田防护林网建设的投入和产出进行了比较详细的测算。投入主要指农防林建设的直接成本，效益分析包括粮食增产效益和林木价值两方面，并对农防林的经济效益和生态效益进行评价，分析了农防林对防止风灾保证粮食稳产的重大贡献。对农防林所存在的问题提出了推动农防林持续发展的建议。
The paper compares and calculates the input and output of farmland shelter forest network construction in Baiquan County, Heilongjiang Province. The input means the direct costs of shelter forest construction, and the benefits analysis includes grain increase production profit and wood value. In addition, the paper also evaluates this forest's economic benefits and ecological benefits, as well as its contribution to guarantee stable grain production. In the end, it brings forward some proposals to solve the existing problems.
