北京山区农民土地价值观念变化分析

How Do Today’s Peasants in Beijing Mountainous Area Think About the Land Value﹖

通过对北京市山区农民土地价值观念的调查，分析了农民土地价值观念多元化的现状，认为土地价值观念主要表现为四种类型，即传统土地为本型、现代土地为本型、土地保障型和土地包袱型。并分别研究不同价值观念对土地利用的影响，初步探讨了影响土地价值观念的因素。本研究揭示农民土地价值观念的变化和特点，为制定农村土地政策、促进农村劳动力转移以及城镇化等工作提供了重要依据，是规范、引导农民土地利用行为的重要基础。

Through investigation, the paper analyzes the status quo of the diversity of peasant's land value view and classifies it into 4 different types: traditional land-oriented, modern land-oriented, land insurance and land load. Furthermore, it expatiates on those views' effect on land utilization and makes preliminary exploration to related factors. The research shows that change and features of those views is an important element to make land policy and promote country labour transfer and urbanization.
