Analysis of Natural Vitamin E by Supercritical Fluid Chromatography

摘要 以超临界CO2作流动相,乙醇作夹带剂,在Waters Spherisorb silica column(3.9×250 mm, 5μm)上用超临界流体色谱法分离和测定维生素E中三种生育酚异构体(α-生育酚、γ-生育酚和δ-生育 酚)含量。实验压力:18 MPa;温度:40℃;CO2流量:750 ml/min(常压);乙醇流量:0.1 ml/min,三 种生育酚在超临界流体色谱中分析时间小于7分钟,RSD小于3%,超临界流体色谱法与液相色谱法测 定结果基本一致。 Separation and determining of α-,γ- and 8-tocopherol in natural vitamin E with supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) were achieved with CO2 as mobile phase and modified with etha-nolon the Waters Spherisorb silica column (3.9×250 mm, 5 μm). The operation pressure and temperature were at 18 MPa and 40℃, and the flux of dioxide carbon/ethanol was 750 mlmin-1 (normal pressure)/0.1 mlmin-1. Three tocopherols were eluted under 7 minutes, and the RSD was less 3%. The result of the determination of tocopherols in natural Vitamin E by SFC was in satisfactory agreement with those obtained by HPLC.
