摘要 功能性物质白藜芦醇是一种具有重要生理活性多酚类物质,是多种植物体中主要功效成分。 该文对白藜芦醇的性质、提取、纯化工艺研究现状进行介绍。 The polyphenolic compounds-resveratrol is an important bioactivity material and it is the main functional component in many plants. The properties, extraction and purification of resveratrol have been introduced in the article.
