摘要
新课程的实施,其关键在于教师。教师必须和新课程一起发展,否则,就是新瓶装老酒,穿新鞋走老路,再理想的目标设计也不能变成现实的实施。应该说,改革本身就是对理想的追求,以超前的、理想的标准来要求现在的教师,使之存在一定的距离是正常的。但要有计划、有步骤地一步一步推进,应有一个过渡的环节,让教师觉得可以操作。因此,只有理性地思考并解决好教育中的实用主义与理想主义之间的问题,以及理想化的新课程设计与现实实施之间的问题,新课程改革才能真正落实到位。
The key to implement the new curriculum is the teacher. Teachers should be developed together with the new curriculum, or the objective planning will fail no matter how ideal it is. So the planning of the new curriculum should be operable to teachers, and the existing problems between idealism and reality should be settled. Only in this way can the reform of the new curriculum be really implemented.
