30％双氧水治疗瘘管型根尖周炎的实验研究及疗效观察

Experimental and clinical studies on fistulous apical periodontitis treated with 30% hydrogen dioxide solution

应用３０％和３％双氧水分别处理离体的瘘管型根尖周肉芽组织，细菌培养和病理学检查结果发现，３０％双氧水的灭菌效果明显优于３％双氧水。经临床治疗５１例（５９牙）瘘管型根尖周炎患者。并行一次性根充，有效率为９４．９２％。表明３０％双氧水是破坏、清除肉芽组织、消除龈瘘管的有效药物，尤其适用于手术操作不便的后牙。

Bacterial culture and pathohistological examination were conducted of granular tissues separated from foci of fistulous apical periodontis treated with 30% or 3% hydrogen dioxide solution. It was found that the sterilizing effect of 30% solution was better than that of 3% solution. The total effective rate was 94.92% in clinical treatment of 50 cases of fistulous apical periodontitis who had received root canal filling for single time. It is indicated that 30% hydrogen dioxide solution is an effective drug for destroying and scavenging granular tissues and eliminating gingival fistula. The drug is especially suitable for posterior teeth which are inconvenient to operation.
