未来高技术海上作战药材保障的特点及保障对策

未来高技术海上作战将呈现许多特点,对药材消耗有重要影响,对药材保障提出了新的要求。本文对未来高技术海上作战药材保障特点进行了分析,主要有以下特点:药材消耗量增大,药材消耗种类增加,药材消耗速度加快,药材运输、补给困难。并提出了对策和建议,这些对策包括:一是建立完善的药材保障体系,药材保障工作在联勤指挥部的指挥下统一进行,实施区域性和建制性相结合的药材保障;二是制定适应未来高技术条件下海上作战相适应的药材储备标准,增大药材储备数量,加强沿海一线药材仓库建设,扩大仓库容量;三是应采取机动灵活的形式,确保药材补给通道的通畅。

The characters of the sea war under the condition of high technology in the future will impact the medical supply greatly and put forward new demands. This article analyzed the characteristic, of medical supplies support in sea battle under the condition of high technology in the future, which including more medicine consumption, more sorts of medicine used, medicine consuming faster, and more difficulties during medical supply. Based on this, the following measures were suggested: establishing perfect system of medical supply, and taking the medical supply form of combination of the form of region and the form of organizational system. Establish medical supply standard fit to the sea war, add quantity of reserve of medical supplies and build more better first line medical depositories along the sea. Take flexible form to smooth the channel of medical supply.
