摘要
国有医院在发展过程中都不同程度地面临资金压力,主要原因有:1国家投入减少;2自身增量资金缺乏;3区域资金存量有限;4医院利润空间降低。引资是解决这一问题的有效手段。本文就国有医院在引资过程中应注意的问题和相关对策进行阐述,主要对策有:1加强政策理论研究;2项目充分论证;3事先建立科学的合作伙伴评估体系;4合理控制引资合作项目的规模;5建立科学的经营管理模式。
The author discussed main reasons causing national hospitals short of fund in development, such as: Firstly, decreasing of investment by government; Secondly, short of fund for self-development; Thirdly, limited deposit of regional fund; Fourthly, the profit lowered in hospital. Introduction of fund is an effective means in solving this problem. The main countermeasures are as followed: Firstly, strengthen the research on theory and policy; Secondly, discuss the project thoroughly; Thirdly, establish scientific evaluation system on companion in previous; Fourthly, control the dimension of project reasonably; Fifthly, build up scientific model for management.
