转双价基因(Bt+CpTI)棉对棉田主要捕食性天敌捕食功能反应的影响 被引量:17

摘要 比较研究了 4种捕食性天敌对用转双价基因 (Bt+CpTI) 棉、转Bt基因棉和常规棉喂饲的棉铃虫幼虫和棉蚜的捕食功能反应。结果表明, 4种捕食性天敌对用两种转基因棉处理的棉铃虫捕食量明显高于常规棉, 捕食功能反应仍符合HollingⅡ型反应; 与常规棉相比, 用两种转基因棉处理的棉铃虫或棉蚜的功能系数 (即瞬间攻击率 ) 有增有降, 但日最大捕食量及处理一头棉铃虫或棉蚜所用的时间均短于常规棉。 The predating functional response of main predators was compared by using the cotton bollworm larvae and cotton aphid that were reared on the transgenic Bt plus CpTI cottons in laboratory.The results showed that the predating number of four natural enemies to the preys was significantly more than that of control cotton,the predating functional response was in accord with the HollingⅡ.The maximum predating number of one predator was higher than the check,the handling time was shorter than the check,and the parameter of functional response(the attacking rate)was higher or lower than the check.
