摘要
目的 分离鉴定云南石仙桃中的酚类成分。方法 95 %乙醇提取 ,硅胶柱色谱分离 ,用UV ,IR ,MS ,1H NMR ,13 C NMR和HMBC等方法确定结构。结果 分得 4个酚类成分 ,分别为eulophiol(Ⅰ ) ,lusianthridin(Ⅱ ) ,densiflorolB(Ⅲ )和batatasin Ⅲ (Ⅳ ) ,以及 4个其他类型的化合物 3,5 二甲氧基 4 羟基苯丙酮 (3,5 dimethoxy 4 hydroxypropiophenone ,V) ;(2 4R) 6 β hydroxy 2 4 ethyl cholest 4 en 3 one(VI) ;5α ,8α epidioxy 2 4 (R) methylcholesta 6 ,2 2 dion 3β ol(Ⅶ )和胡萝卜苷 (daucosterol,Ⅷ )。 结论 以上化合物均为首次从石仙桃属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify the phenolic constituents from Pholidota yunnanensis Rolfe. METHODS: The chromatography on silica gel was used for the isolation and purification of the constituents. The structures were determined by UV, IR, MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and HMBC spectral analyses. RESULTS: Four phenolic constituents and four other compounds were obtained and identified as following: eulophiol(I); lusianthridin(VI); densiflorol B(III); batatasin-III (IV); 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxypropiophenone(V); (24R)-6β-hydroxy-24-ethyl-cholest-4-en-3-one(VI), 5α, 8α-epidioxy-24(R)-methylcholesta-6; 22-dion-3β-ol(1) and daucosterol(1). CONCLUSION: All above compounds were isolated from Genus Pholidota for the first time. The 13C-NMR data of compound I and II were reported for the first time.
