影响我国体育政务信息网络化建设的因素

Factors of Influencing Network Construction of Chinese Sports Government Affairs Information

运用访谈、问卷调查、数理统计法,从人们对信息资源的认识、信息人才、政务信息化设备配备、信息技术应用、资金投入及信息化发展政策等几个方面,对影响我国体育政务信息网络化建设的因素进行了分析。结果表明:我国体育信息网络化建设呈现由东向西地区间发展不平衡的趋势,其影响因素的主次也明显不同。体育政务信息化人才和信息技术的缺乏是影响东部地区体育政务信息网络化建设的主要因素;资金的严重不足是目前制约我国西部体育政务信息网络化发展的瓶颈。

The methods of investigation, visit, questionnaire and mathematical statistics were applied to analyzing the factors which influenced the network construction of sports government affairs information of our country from such aspects as: people's knowledge of information resources, information talent, informationalized equipment of government affairs, application of information technique, investment of fund, the policy of informationalized development and so on. The results indicate that the network construction of sports information of our country has presented the tendency of unbalanced development between the regions from east to west, and each is obviously different from the other in the main and second influential factors as well. Lack of the talent of sports government affairs information and information technique is the main factor to influence the network construction of sports government affairs in eastern region, while at present, serious lack of fund is the 'bottleneck' to restrict the network development of sports government affairs information in the west of our country.
