论我国职业体育俱乐部的企业集团风险投资融资方式

On Financing Ways of Enterprise Groups' Risky Investment of Professional Sports Clubs in Our Country

运用文献资料及专家访谈法,对职业体育领域的企业集团风险投资进行研究。认为:企业集团风险投资是目前我国体育俱乐部的主要融资方式,指出企业集团风险投资存在的问题,如企业集团提供的增值服务不够、激励约束机制不健全、风险投资退出机制不完善等,提出进一步发展企业集团对职业体育俱乐部风险投资的建议。

The methods of literature and interviews to experts were used to research on the risky investment of the enterprise groups in the field of professional sports. The sduty holds that the risky investment of enterprise groups is the main financing way of sports clubs of our country at the present time, and points out the problems existing in the risky investment of enterprise groups, for example, the incremental service offered by enterprise groups isn't enough, the mechanism of encouragement and restriction is defective, short-term act is obvious, professional sports agents are less in number, quit mechanism of risky investment is imperfect etc., and puts forward some suggestions for further development of enterprise groups' risky investment to professional sports clubs.
