摘要
运用体力测定、问卷调查及数理统计法,从单脚支撑能力和身体重心动摇量方面,探讨太极拳练习对中老年人静态平衡能力的影响。结果显示:睁、闭眼单脚站立、睁眼重心动摇计上双脚站立20s、单脚站立10s等各指标平均值,40、50岁年龄组与60、70岁年龄组间均呈显著性差异;不同年龄组的熟练者与初学者间,60、70岁年龄组有显著性差异。表明:长期太极拳练习,对维持与提高中老年人的静态平衡能力有较好效果。
Using the methods of physical strength measurement, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, and from the aspects of single-foot support ability and shaking volume of center of gravity, the study inquired into the effect of Taijiquan exercise on middle and old-aged persons' static balance ability. The results indicate that as for the averages of all indices, such as those of standing on one foot with eyes open and closed separately, standing on the shaking meter of center of gravity on two feet for 20 seconds, and on one foot for 10 seconds etc., there exist significant differences between the groups aged 40, 50, 60 and 70, and there are also significant differences between the skilled and beginners in the groups aged 60 and 70, which shows that long-term Taijiquan exercise has a good effect on middle and old-aged persons keeping and improving their static balance ability.
