摘要
目的:测定复方氢化可的松霜中氢化可的松的含量.方法:用高效液相色谱法,采用Shim-pack CLC-ODS(5 μm,4.6×150 mm),以乙腈-水(50∶50)为流动相,流速为1 ml/min,检查波长为240 nm,柱温为35℃.结果:氢化可的松在0.048 27~0.386 1 mg/ml内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4),回收率为94.80%,RSD为1.57%.结论:高效液相色谱法在测定复方氢化可的松霜中氢化可的松的含量时灵敏、快速、准确.
Objective: To detect hydrocortisone in compound hydrocortisone creams. Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography,the separation was performed on the Shim-pack CLC-ODS column (5μm,4. 6 mm ×150 mm) with mobile phase consisting of Acetonitrile:H2O(50:50). The detection wavelength was 240 nm and the flow rate was 1 ml/min at 30℃. Results:The linear range of hydrocortisone was 0. 048 27-0. 386 1 mg/ml(r=0. 999 4),and the recovery was 94.80% with a RSD of 1. 57%. Conclusion:The method of HPLC is sensitive, rapid and accurate for detecting the hydrocortisone.
