摘要
目的:观察长期肌肉注射雪莲注射液的毒性反应及其程度,为临床用药安全提供科学依据.方法:80只大鼠120～150 g,按体重、性别随机分为对照组和3个不同剂量给药组(0.57,1.14,2.28 ml/kg),im 1次/d,连续45 d.结果:给药组及对照组均正常,无一死亡,雄性大鼠体重系数在给药范围内有显著增加,血象、血生化、脏器系数、病理组织学检查未见明显差异.结论:雪莲注射液是一种无明显毒性和副作用的中药制剂,临床用药安全可靠.
Objective:To observe the toxicity reaction of Saussurea involucrata injection and provide science foundation for the clinical adminstration. Methods: The injection were given to rats by muscular injection for 45 days. The rats were divided into four groups according to the body, weight and the sex, including one blank group for control and three administration groups of different dose(0. 57,1. 14,2. 28 ml · kg-1). Results:The experiment proved that the animal of four groups were all normal, the weight index of male rats increased significantly compared with that in the blank group basically. The blood routine, the blood serum and pathologic histology examination did not show any siginificant changes. Conclusion:Saussurea involucrata injection is safe without any distinct toxicity and side effects.
