摘要
在英国,黑人在高等教育系统比例严重不足。为了扩大黑人群体在高教系统的比例,英国在学习美国的基础上推行了“导师计划”。该计划取得了很大的成功。通过对该计划的实施背景、具体实施过程和结果的探讨,提出了要重视从社会资本的角度改善我国少数民族和贫困学生接受高等教育的状况的观点。
In England, the black are the disadvantage group in the higher education system, the primary performance of disadvantage is that they are underrepresented in the system. In order to enlarging their representation in higher education, England, based on the experience of U.S.A, promoted the mentor programme which obtained great success. The paper studies the background, the process and the result of this programme and puts forward the idea that we should attach more importance to improve the higher education of the minorities and poor students in our country from social capital.
