本文是一篇有关医学教育研究的文献综述,以过去五年在四本主要医学教育杂志上发表的140篇文章为基础,阐述了当代医学教育研究的趋势。本文作者GlennRegehr教授是加拿大威尔逊教育研究中心副主任,他描述了课程与教学、同职业相关的技能和态度、学生的特点以及个人的评价等方面的基本趋势,并就某些问题进行了讨论。原作已发表在美国医学教育杂志AcademicMedicine2004,79(10):939-947。
It is a literature review on medical education research. It is based on 140 articles to be appeared in four key journals of medical education. The author, Professor Glenn Regehr, associate director of Wilson Center for Research in Education, Canada, describes four major trends in medical education research after 2000, they are curriculum and teaching issues, skill and attitudes relevant to the structure of the profession, student's characteristics and individual evaluation. Finally, some problems on medical education research are discussed. The original had been published in Academic Medicine 2004,79(10):939-947.
