钾通道开放剂烟酰胺对原发性高血压患者血浆内皮素-1的影响

Influence of potassium channel opener nictinamide on endotheline-1 in patients with primary hypertension

目的 探讨钾通道开放剂烟酰胺对原发性高血压患者血浆内皮素- 1(ET- 1)影响。方法 15 8例原发性高血压患者随机分为烟酰胺治疗组(88例)和对照组(70例)。对照组常规应用降压药物,治疗组在常规应用降压药物的基础上加烟酰胺应用2周。测定两组原发性高血压患者治疗前后血浆ET变化。结果 治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较血浆ET明显降低,与对照组比较(P<0 .0 0 1)。对照组治疗前后,血浆ET- 1无明显变化(P>0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组与对照组比较治疗前后的差值有显著性差异(P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 烟酰胺可改善原发性高血压患者内皮功能,减少ET分泌和释放。

Objective To study the influence of potassium channel opener(PCO) nictinamide on the endotheline-1(ET-1) in patients with primary hypertension.Methods One hundred and fifty eight patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.The routine treatment was given in control group(n=77),and the nictinamide and addtonal with routine treatment were given in treatment group(n=88).The changes of ET levels in serum were compared before and after treatment.Results In the treatment group,serum ET-1 were significantly decreased after treatment,and was lower than that in control group after treatment(P<0.001).The ET-1 levels before and after treatment in the control group was didn't different(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of nictinamide may improve the function of hemoendothelial cells and reduce secretion and releasing of ET in patients with primary hypertension.
