鼻内镜下行成人腺样体肥大切除术35例分析

A clinical analysis on adenoidectomy under nasal endoscopy in 35 adults with adenoid hypertrophy

目的 探讨鼻内镜下成人腺样体肥大切除术的方法及疗效。方法 对2 0 0 0年2月以来确诊的35例成人腺样体肥大患者行鼻内镜下手术切除,并对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 31例成人腺样体肥大患者手术后症状完全消失,3例症状好转,1例无效。结论 鼻内镜下行成人腺样体肥大切除术效果满意,无并发症,对鼻窦炎合并腺样体肥大,两者同时治疗效果良好。

Objective To consider the method and the therapeutic effects of adenoidectomy under nasal endoscopy for adults with adenoid hypertrophy.Methods Since February 2000,diagnosed adenoid hypertrophy in 35 adults were operated with adenoidectomy under nasal endoscopy,and the clinical data was analysed prospectively.Results After the operation,all symptoms of adenoid hypertrophy disappeared in 31 patients,the symptoms were getting better in 3 patients,and the symptoms were no improvement in 1 patient.Conclusion The therapeutic effects of the adenoidectomy under nasal endoscopy for adults with adenoid hypertrophy are satisfactory and don't complications,especially,the patients with adenoid hypertrophy combined with sinusitis responds well to carring out togther with the both diseases.
