腰穿术后2种体位的对比观察

A control observation on 2 kinds of body postures in post-lumbar puncture

目的 探讨减轻腰穿后头疼、不舒服感及褥疮的合适体位。方法 80例腰穿患者随机分为2组,对照组38例,术后采用去枕平卧位6 h;观察组4 2例,术后采用去枕平卧位、俯卧位交替进行,每1～2 h 1次,持续6 h。比较2组患者术后头痛反应、不舒服感及褥疮的发生率。结果 观察组患者术后头痛、不舒服感及褥疮的发生率均较对照组低,两组相比具有统计学意义(P<0 .0 0 5 )。结论 腰穿术后采用去枕平卧位、俯卧位交替明显优于术后去枕平卧位。

Objective To probe into the judicious posture which can lighten patient's headache,uncomfortable sense and development of decubitus in post-spinal.Methods Eighty patients,who are about do operate in lumbar puncture, divided randomly into two groups.In control group,38 patients assumed a horizontal position without pillow for 6 h after lumbar puncture .In observed group,42 patients assumed alternatively horizontal position without pillow and horizontal position for 6 h after lumbar puncture and alternated every 1 h.The postspinal headache,uncomfortable sense and the decubitus development were observed in tow groups.Results The incidence of headache, uncomfortable sense and of decubitus after lumbar puncture in observed group were markedly lower than that in control group(P<0.005).Conclusion For patients with lumbar puncture assume a alternatively positions with horizontal position without pillow and horizontal position for after lumbar puncture is advantage over the simple supination whiout pillow.
