三峡船闸混凝土建筑物质量检查与缺陷处理

On Quality Inspection and ReParation of TGP ShiPlock Concrete Building

三峡五级船闸是目前世界上水头最高、规模最大的内河船闸,在深切开挖的岩槽中修建,主体建筑物多采用衬砌式结构,混凝土总量465万m3。建设过程中,对已施工完成的混凝土建筑物进行了系统的检查,对发现的质量问题进行了分类处理。试运行一年多来,船闸工作性态正常,经排干检查,缺陷修补效果良好。

Three GorgeS Sh;plock;5 an;mportant part of Three GorgeS project( TGP),and used Concrete of 4 650 000 m3 .In the process of construction,careful inspections were made to the finished concrete buildjng,and reparation was n飞ade to defections found in the inspections.After more than one year of operation,the shiplock works well,which shows the inspection and reparation are correct and effect well.
