Based on the characteristics of network culture and its effects on college students,this paper anaˉlyzes the opportunities and challenges faced with the ideological and political education of college students unˉder network conditions,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions as to how to carry out ideological and political education of college students in CIT with network conditions.
