JKM4．5 m×6多绳摩擦式提升机首绳更换，通过不固定箕斗，单绳更换的方法，在换绳中采用了利用提升机张力差起吊箕斗的技术，自上向下放设首绳，以及油缸加压使箕斗产生向上运动等技术，缩短了换绳周期。通过实践证明该方法安全可靠。

For replacement of first rope of JKM4.5m×6 hoist, single rope is replaced by unfixed skip. In course of replacement of first rope, skip is lifted by tension difference, rope is placed downward from upside, oil cylinder is pressured to move skip upward, which lead to shorten replacement time. It proved that the method is safe and reliable by practice.
