生长因子与视网膜色素上皮细胞免疫调节 被引量:2

摘要 眼后节的免疫炎症反应是由多种趋化因子、炎前因子和抗炎因子相互作用的复杂过程。RPE(retinal pigment epithelium)细胞是眼后节细胞因子的主要来源,并在炎症中作为细胞因子的靶目标。通过调节RPE细胞分泌的细胞因子有望调节眼后节的免疫炎症反应,维持视网膜结构功能的完整及内环境的稳定,清除入侵病原体和异体抗原.维持良好的视功能。本文就参与RPE细胞免疫调节的细胞因子和细胞因子对眼后节免疫炎症反应的影响综述如下。
