绿色荧光蛋白在视网膜疾病研究中的应用

摘要 从海洋无脊椎动物体内分离出的绿色荧光蛋白(GFP),是一种极具潜力的标记物。其 内源荧光基团在受到紫外光或蓝光激发时可高效发射清晰可见的绿光,且荧光性质稳定,与现有的标 记物相比,GFP具有无可比拟的优势。在视网膜疾病基因治疗的研究中,GFP具有广阔的应用前景。
